The organizers will be happy to welcome all conference participants at the Salotto Santa Trinita Bistrot (Lungarno Guicciardini, 5, Florence), for a welcome drink with some appetizers and an ice cream tasting.
The Bistrot is located at a walking distance from the conference venue and close to the historical Florentine “Old Bridge” and all the other main monuments of Florence city center.

The CARBOCAT10 participants are invited to the Santa Monaca Church (Via Santa Monaca, 6, Florence), for a classical orchestra concert.
The concert for piano, Clarinet and Violoncello will be performed by the Italian Opera Florence with the participation of Domenico Calia (Clarinet), Riviera Lazzeri (Violoncello) and David Boldrini (Piano). They will play the followings: R. Schumann (3 fantasiestucke); J. Brahms: (Sonata opera 120 n 1) J. Brahms: (Trio opera 114)
The concert venue is at a walking distance (10 min) from the conference venue; the event will start at 19:00 on Tuesday evening at the end of the afternoon scientific session. You will be required to be at the entrance of the Santa Monaca Church 10 minutes before the concert start, exhibiting your badge and the ticket you will receive with the conference material.

CARBOCAT10 Social Dinner will be held at the Ristorante Zà Zà (https://www.trattoriazaza.it/en/) (Piazza del Mercato Centrale, 26r, Florence), located in the historical Florence city center where our guests will have a tasting experience through the flavors of the traditional and high-quality local cuisine.
The restaurant is at 5-minute walking from the city cathedral (DUOMO, Santa Maria del Fiore). Our guests will be able to make their own choice among a selection of dishes and according to their personal tastes and food intolerances.
You will be required to be at the entrance of the Zà Zà restaurant 10 minutes before the dinner start, exhibiting your badge and the ticket you will receive with the conference material.
